How is Henry related to all this? How does he know Joey? Has he worked in the studios before? As what, a drawer?
Given by Henry's clam nature in the game I think he has worked there before and, as indicated on the letter in the beginning of the game, that him and Joey used to be close friends.
And why is he the only human char that doesn't have a last name?

In chapter one, at the very beginning there is a room to the left? (more like a hallway) that you can walk into which has a desk. Henry does say that it was his old desk. So I think it's safe to believe that Henry used to work there. I can't recall what's on his desk, and ink pot of course, but I have the feeling there's a mention that he used to draw? Don't quote me on that.
But he resigned, I can't recall if he ever mentions why, but he did leave only to be drawn back by the letter.

I have a feeling him and Joey used to be good friends but something went wrong and Henry left Joey Drew Studios on bad terms. As I mentioned in the Joey Drew topic, maybe Henry came up with the idea of Bendy but Joey stole his idea from him and that was what might of sparked a temporary (?) hatred causing Henry to leave.
