Okay, my explanation on things with Bendy here:
1.- Bendy is two feet tall definitely. In the trailer, when Henry stops, looked to his right, and sees the two figures run past, the first one is Bendy. (The second is obviously Alice who his chasing him because you can see he stole her halo.)
2.- Kind of going off my first point, that means there is two Bendy's. The real one we saw is the two foot, timid one. The other is a duplicate of Bendy, but for what reason?
2.a.- "Bendy" could plainly be the first attempt to create Bendy into the 3D world and obviously failed horribly. Hence forth a monster had been created because ...
2.a.i.- Creating the 2D animations into the 3D world should not be.
2.a.ii.- The original ink machine (we see the 2nd of it; proof is in ch 2, Sammy's desk in the music dept, the blueprint, top right: Ink
Machine ck 2) was not build correctly in order to successfully do so.
2.b.- "Bendy has been created as a duplicate to be used to be experimented on.
2.b.i.- Simply to see how life can be created from the ink machine.
2.b.ii.- To see if it is possible to fuse souls into inky bodies. (The Sammy we see could be evidence of that? Also, "Bendy" =
Joey?)
2.b.iii.- To be able to use the ink to create "suits" for the voice actors to wear and possibly make a live action show. (FNAF effect; \
"Bendy" = Joey)
3.- It could be possible that "Bendy" is the only living 3D version of Bendy, and the Bendy figure we see running is just a hallucination.
3.a.- This means that the second ink machine is also a dud, and that there is quite possibly a third one in the making, hopeful to try
and reverse the failed attempt. Evidence could be heard when walking backwards where "Bendy" jumpscares, and approaching
the door on the other side to hear a sound of a machine at work. (Could that be a possible future puzzle to solve? Finishing the
third ink machine?)
3.b. "Bendy" is the tormented and experimented on version of Bendy.
4.- "Bendy" could be Bendy's alter ego, and can switch from being cute, timid, and two feet tall to a six foot, inky monster.
5.- This one requires a lot of explaining. "Bendy" could be Bendy. Using small portions of the points I listed above, Bendy was created successfully from the second ink machine (making the searchers the failed results of the original that urged the remake of the machine). Now, looking at the animation, Bendy was being pushed around by everyone. Yeah he can be a little devil at times causing mischief, but seeing how Boris treats him, he is also timid and easily manipulated. The shadowy figure at the end of the animation promises him revenge from those who bullied him. Then that's where the ink machine comes into play. Bendy is taken from the 2D realm to the 3D and then experimented on, becoming "Bendy". So "Bendy" is a supercharged, revengeful version of the lovable Bendy who is out after all those who pushed him around. Could this then mean that we can be able to transform "Bendy" back to Bendy in later chapters?
This is what I believe at the moment. A combination of 2.a.ii, 2b.iii., a hint of 4, with a lot of 5.
