Here in our Roleplay section, we strive to make sure that all characters admitted are top-quality, and Roleplay ready. To do this, we have a Character Approval Process, which acts as a filter in letting all of the good characters in, and keeping all of the poorly-written ones out. The process is not intended to be difficult to come across; it is intended to keep poorly-written, badly thought out characters that are unoriginal from ruining RP sessions. Here's how the process works:
Step 1 - OC Created
Once you post your OC (Original Character) in this forum, it is ready to be reviewed and approved. As long as the Thread subject is the character's name, then your thread will be read through and looked at. Once a new thread is posted, then a moderator or administrator (basically a staff member) will check it to make sure it is top-quality, and roleplay-ready.
Step 2 - Reviewing and Feedback
After the thread is posted, it is open for feedback and review. Other members may freely ask questions, comment, or suggest improvements on one's character profile (though, these comments should be constructive). During that process, a couple of staff members will look over your character, and decide if it should be approved or rejected/declined. This may take a couple of days, depending on how many other profiles are ahead of you, so try to be patient!
Step 3 - Character Accepted/Rejected
After being reviewed, the character profile will either be moved to the accepted sub-forum, or the rejected sub-forum. You will also receive a PM stating your character profile's decision (and, if rejected, why it was so). If your character profile was rejected, then the thread will be locked.

After this process is completed, then your character is ready for Roleplay! You may then head to the "Joey Drew Studios" sub-forum to begin.
