Basic Needs, Often Called Physiological Needs, Are Necessary for Survival. Without Their Realization Humanity Cannot Exist for Long. Therefore They Occupy the Lowest Level of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. They Basically Form the Basis. Basic Needs Include Things Like Food, Drink, Sleep, Warmth, Safety Needs. Safety Needs Are the Next Level in the Hierarchy of Needs. This Relates to Physical and Occupational Security and Also to Protection of the Individual. Examples of Security Needs Include a Safe Workplace, Financial Security, a Safe Home, Social Needs, Which is the Next Highest Level of Maslow's Pyramid. It's About C Level Contact List Social Relationships Without Which Homo Sapiens Can Barely Live a Normal Life. Social Needs Include, for Example, Family, Friendship, Group Membership, Personal Needs. The Fourth Level of the Pyramid Describes the Personal Needs of People. These Needs Follow Social Needs. With These People Want to Focus More on Their Own Potential and Interests. Personal Needs Include for Example Effectiveness. Freedom Status Self-actualization at the Fifth Level of the Hierarchy of Needs Everyone Wants to Put Their Ideas Into Action and Develop Their Personality. To Put It Bluntly, You Want to Do Your Own Thing. In Developing His Theory Maslow Assumed That Only a Few People Reach the Top of His Hierarchy of Needs. This Psychological Need is Therefore at the Top of Its Hierarchy of Needs. Maslow Described the First Three Needs as So-called Deficit Needs. On the Other Hand Personal Needs and Self-actualization Are Growth Needs. While Deficit Needs Should Be Met and Failure to Meet.
