Projectors Trance (Theory?)

i think to answer some questions, looking at his full body would help;



projectors are heavy. he also has a reel stuck in his shoulder, a speaker (?) in his chest, wires dangling off him (which are heavy) and his feet appeared to be weighed down, almost like he's wearing boots of some kind. that's probably the explanation for why he's so slow and lumbers about how he does.
also if he catches you, he runs for you and kills you in a similar manner to Bendy. it takes longer though and he can be killed, unlike Bendy.

i'd wager his light doesn't project anything, as the reels in his projector are probably currently empty or not rolling.

as for what Prime brought up... we know that Norman worked with Sammy personally, enough to know that Sammy was acting weird once he started using his sanctuary. they seem to mostly work in the same department, so i'd wager that if Sammy started to worship Bendy as he became corrupted with ink, he could of influenced Norman to follow a similar path.
plus, Norman is explicitly one of the few people Sammy still remembers. he doesn't remember Henry, but he remembers Joey, Susie (vaguely) and Norman. people he presumably worked closely with. this is learnt from his Hot Topic takeover.

his chapter 3 audio log is really weird, though.

he goes from thinking Sammy is absolutely out of his mind, to seemingly starting to lose his own. people start to become wary of Norman, and he almost embraces this. it seems REALLY likely he succumbed similarly to Sammy. but is Bendy even aware of him? it'd be hard for him to be a minion of Bendy if Bendy didn't know he existed, and since it appears Bendy doesn't travel to floor 14...? (though, The Projectionist does appear on one of the floors Bendy CAN go to earlier on)

i've heard a theory that Norman was turned into The Projectionist by Joey himself, because of how gruesome being grafted to a projector is, but i'm not sure if this is true. it seems that with becoming corrupted by ink, most people lose their conventional vision.

Bendy - cannot see, does not have eyes. presumably sees through the cutouts and other such murals of himself
Sammy - as said in the Hot Topic takover, Sammy cannot see without his mask on.
Alice - she only has one eye, her other eye is completely gone.
The Searchers - none of them have discernible eyes
The Butcher Gang - all three of them have variations of vision loss, either having removed eyes or replaced eyes
The Projectionist - clearly sees using his projector's light, with no other method of vision (or even sense of hearing, it seems)

Boris is the only one to have full vision, but he is quotably 'perfect'.

so i believe that Norman wasn't forcibly grafted to a projector, he just lost his vision as a result of ink corruption, and replaced his own head with one of his projectors. it'd make sense, he starts to really fall into the role of 'The Projectionist', quite literally. i can fully see him replacing his own head like that. but i could just be rambling
