My two main concerns are: One, who exactly is Boris and is he on our side? Two, what about Alice?

Boris seems 'friendly' enough already. As in, he didn't rush at Henry and attempt to kill him. So Boris mustn't be affected by the ink like Bendy is. (And why the heck was Boris constructed? How is he even alive?) Maybe it's the Bacon Soup??
Alice, now she's interesting. I think chapter three will focus on Boris, but we'll finally meet Alice!

Guys, better check this out before stating what side you think Boris is on.I have mixed opinions on Boris, especially after reading that. I think he can be helpful to you, or seem so and later betray you. At first I was thinking that him would be the ultimate tool to ward off "Bendy". Now, I'm obviously not so sure. As for Alice I have mixed feelings as well, but going off that she's an angel, I'll assume she on our side. Then again, that could be easily proven wrong. We'll just have to see what Ch 3 has in store for us.

Maybe they both are. It's just Ch 3 needs to answer some of our many questions. By the sounds of it, according to theMeatly's video that answered some of the fans questions about the franchise, it should be out soon. I say beginning-middle of July now. Also in the video, it seems like there is a lot to do in that chapter. To paraphrase a bit "there are some more weapons and things to interact with in the next chapter".
